On Friday 4th of December, the Radio Lollipop team (Andrea, George & Fiona) braved the elements of a harsh Glasgow winter, to raise funds for our essestinal play service. Our volunteers joined the famous Scottish band, RUNRIG and managed to raise a total of £368 pounds, by doing a door collection outside the Glasgow Barrowlands.
Andrea would like to thank Tom at the Barrowlands. Steve, Runrigs Manager and of course, Moria the promoter, for letting our volunteers collect money for such a great cause.
A great time was had by all, even though it took 8 coffee’s for the team to get back to normal body tempature.
