Can you smell the popcorn 🍿 and see the fireworks 🎆? Our Gold Coast Lollipoppers certainly can!
Over the long weekend of the 26 – 28th of August, the Gold Coast descended into party pandemonium 🎉, with the city celebrating the 115th year of the annual exhibition. The show organisers, being fans of our work, kindly donated a site for us to pop up and give the general public a taste of our wackiness.
After over 600 balloon animals, hundreds of rainbow face paintings, and an uncountable number of stickers, the team raised an extraordinary ~$1,200 for our service.
The most magical moment of the weekend was when little friends from the hospital came to our tent specifically to say hello 👋. It highlighted that even though it may have been months or years, the fun we have in the hospital has a long-lasting positive impact on the families and our little friends.
