The children at Radio Lollipop Brisbane had an enchanting visit from Purplena, the resident fairy at Dreamworld on the Gold Coast recently. Purplena is a regular special guest at Radio Lollipop and really knows how to work her magic and fill the room with laughter.
We’d like to thank Purplena for turning the children into butterflies with her colourful face painting and dancing along to the show.
The volunteers and children are all looking forward to the next visit from Purplena.
Radio Lollipop Newcastle joined forces with ASDA Gosforth staff and customers to raise over £600 doing a bag pack on Saturday 25th April.

We recently received a fantastic donation from our friends at West Coats Primary in Cambuslang, Glasgow. We cannot thank you enough for your fundraising efforts and support, this money will go towards ensuring we can provide our invaluable service to the children of the new hospital.

One of our volunteers Cheryl Davison organised a Boot camp to get our wonderful Playmakers fit and raise money for Radio Lollipop Newcastle too. A big thanks to Crazy4Fitness for hosting our willing “victims” and £111 was raised which is being used to replace some of our toys and games as they are so well used.
