 After 18 years of this successful event we have hit the $100,000 mark and raised $103,065.75, over $5,000 more than last year.  This could not have been achieved without the full support of Transperth, bus depots, train operations, local businesses, schools and the local communities – so thank you!

The money raised will be put towards the purchase of more books, craft, music, prizes and the maintenance and development of our radio program, all of which will result in more laughs and smiles from sick children in Princess Margaret, Armadale, Fremantle, Joondalup, Murdoch, Rockingham and Kalgoorlie hospitals.

With the New Children’s Hospital moving well into the design phase, Radio Lollipop’s attention must also focus on building a new studio, including complete fit out, equipment, storage and office facilities.  A portion of funds raised from this year’s UFD will be put towards the new studio fund.
