Radio Lollipop Newcastle are pleased to say we are celebrating our

32nd Birthday today.  We have moved studios three times since our opening in 1982 – finally getting our state of the art studio in 2012 to celebrate our 30th birthday.

Our opening birthday event in early August will be the Great Asda Pedal Challenge in the Gosforth branch – the miles will go towards the International Miles for Smiles campaign.  We also have some very brave Playmakers who are busy training for the Great North Run on Septemebr 7th – if we are really lucky one of this intrepid band may be the millionth person over the finishing line.
