On Tuesday 23rd May, the day after the terrorist attack at the Manchester Arena, Radio Lollipop volunteers at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital gathered to bring care and comfort to those children and family’s affected by the bombing the previous day. Other patients and parents teamed up with Radio Lollipop volunteers to write messages and make get well cards for the injured. The cards were received gladly and the reaction we had from the staff was fantastic. We love Manchester.
